Events in AstroChat

Events makes our AstroChat unique, as it's the only chatline, which organizes meetings with special guests, giving to the members of the Community the opportunity to see and communicate with one another in real time.
There will be as many of us as on a concert, but everybody will have the possibility to express his or her opinion and receive the direct attention from the special guest!

Regulations of "Astrochat"

Horoscopofree's "Astrochat" allows Users with common interests to get to know one another.

Its purpose is to favor encounters between people who are looking for friendship, discussion, to chat and to exchange ideas.

It aims to ensure immediate, continuous communication between Users, with a focus on promoting, maintaining and developing Users' relationships.

The structure and function of "Astrochat" do not necessarily exclude the possibility of moderators intervening in communication and carrying out checks on contents: moderators do not and cannot impress a seal of quality on communications.

Horoscopofree.com and Grif.inter@ctive S.r.l., rely on participants to manage their own behavior. Thus, it is only in extreme cases that Horoscopofree.com and Grif.inter@ctive S.r.l's moderators or staff will need to intervene to temporarily disconnect Users and definitively disconnect Users who offend the spirit of "Astrochat" and, in extremely serious cases, will need to communicate their IP number (which identifies the computer used) to the relevant authorities.

Moderators are responsible for the constant functioning of "Astrochat" and intervene only for justified reasons.  Thus, in general terms, the smooth running of "Astrochat" depends on the Users' responsibility.

In specific and concrete terms, please note the following:

-	the truthfulness, accuracy, comprehensiveness or the use and opportunity of the messages are in no sense guaranteed or assured;

-	the User is responsible for the information and communication as regards contents and the form of the messages in question;

-	messages only express their author's point of view ;

-	no quotation, opinion or message contents can be used, in any circumstances, by third parties under the name of the service nor under the name of horoscopofree and/or Grif.inter@ctive S.r.l

Should a message be deemed to be unlawful or unacceptable (for the reasons mentioned above), please contact us immediately via e-mail at info@grifinteractive.com

In general, personal information cannot be given in "Astrochat" (telephone number, e-mail address etc). Should this occur, Grif.inter@ctive S.r.l. cannot be held liable in any way for eventual consequences.

The User must not use this service to advertise commercial communications or disseminate any type of material which could be incorrect and/ or defamatory, insulting, inexact, vulgar, hateful, troublesome, obscene, offensive to certain religious groups, of a sexual or threatening nature, offensive, disrespectful of privacy or unlawful.

The User is responsible for his or her own messages and agrees to indemnify and relieve Horoscopofree.com and Grif.inter@ctive S.r.l from any responsibility of "Astrochat" as well as its representatives and the moderators of "Astrochat" from any complaint deriving from the use of the service.
